Job Description
At WebAble, building lasting relationships is at the heart of everything we do. As a Client Servicing Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and project teams to deliver impactful solutions and keep clients informed and engaged throughout every campaign.
Your role combines empathy, strategic thinking, and proactive communication helping us deliver exceptional experiences and drive client success.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
- Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues
- Present campaign ideas, updates, and results to clients
- Gather client feedback and share insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain organized records and communication for each account
What we expect
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client needs and advocate for their goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and campaign processes
- Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, G-Suite, and Zoom
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
