Job Description
At WebAble, insight and strategy drive everything we do. As a Strategic Planner, you’ll shape the direction of our campaigns by uncovering audience insights, analyzing trends, and crafting data-driven strategies that inspire creative solutions and deliver real impact. You’ll collaborate with creative, servicing, and project teams to turn research into actionable plans that elevate our clients’ brands.
Your role fuses analytical thinking with creative vision, ensuring every campaign is purposeful, relevant, and effective.
What you’ll do
- Conduct research to understand audiences, markets, and competitors
- Analyze data and trends to inform campaign strategies
- Develop clear, actionable briefs for creative and project teams
- Collaborate with teams to turn insights into impactful campaigns
- Present strategy and insights to clients and internal teams
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
- Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
What we expect
- Proven experience in strategic planning, research, or brand strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools
- Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, G-Suite, and Zoom
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Track record of delivering effective strategies and results
