Job Description

As a Trainee, you’ll gain exposure to Client Servicing, Media, and Strategic Planning, working alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and understanding of integrated digital campaigns. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to impactful digital narratives.
What you’ll do
- Analyze campaign performance data to support decision-making
- Shadow team members during client meetings to learn relationship management
- Participate in cross-departmental training to gain a holistic view of digital marketing
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams on marketing initiatives
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaign strategies
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to your work
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace for project management
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance your digital marketing knowledge
What we expect
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for digital marketing trends and technologies
